Acceptable Refunds Policy

The Bhojpur Consulting will refund the amounts paid by you based on the following rules or policies.

On Cancellation

• Prior to beginning of work - 100% amount can be refunded
• After beginning of work - pro-rata basis, as agreed in the contract document

On Termination

• Prior to beginning of work - 100% amount can be refunded
• After beginning of work - pro-rata basis, as agreed in the contract document

The amount will be paid within 30 days of receiving a notification from the client and upon approval by an authorize manager or director of the Bhojpur Consulting in a formal manner. Please note that notification must be sent to us through a mutually agreed and proper communication channel only.

We utilize Zoho Books platform that is pre-integrated with our Connected Banking service provider and several other online payment services (e.g. ICICI eazypay, Razorpay, Paypal, 2Checkout, etc.) to be able to process your refunds quickly.
