The Bhojpur Consulting has implemented an employee's welfare fund policy to cover costs in case of unforeseen situations. However, all the permanent employees are required to choose, if they would like to participate and contribute to this fund. The benefits could be given to subscribing parties only in case of any situation as prescribed below.
